Netivi is a subscription television service in Belize. It gives you live channels and an on-demand library of films and series, watched through the MaxPlayer app on devices you already own. There is no equipment to install and nobody visits your home.
Filling in the form on this site places an order. It does not start your service and nothing is charged. We check every order by hand and contact you on the WhatsApp number you gave us to confirm the details and arrange payment. Your service begins after that, and you will receive your email address, username and password over WhatsApp.
We may decline an order. If we do, nothing has been charged and we will tell you why.
We send a WhatsApp before your month ends with a link that renews you. Renewing early adds the new month to the end of the current one, so you never lose paid time.
There is no contract and no cancellation to make. If you do not renew, your service simply stops at the end of the month you paid for. Your details are kept so that renewing later brings everything back as it was.
Your username and password are personal to you. Sharing them outside your household lets other people use the screens you paid for, and we may suspend an account being shared publicly or resold.
Netivi is delivered over your own internet connection. Around 10 Mbps per simultaneous stream is comfortable for HD. We do not control your connection, and we cannot guarantee that every channel or title is available at every moment — line-ups and libraries change.
If something is not working, message us. We would rather fix it than have you sit with it.
Payment is arranged with you directly. We do not ask for card numbers on this website and we never will. If a page ever asks you for card or banking details in Netivi's name, it is not us — please tell us about it.
