The short version

We collect the few things we need to sell you television and reach you about it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not ask for card or banking details on this website.

What we collect

• Your name — so we know whose account is whose.
• Your mobile number — the only way we contact you. Your login, your renewal reminders and our support replies all go there.
• Your plan — how many devices, and whether you asked for the adult catalogue.
• Anything you type into the notes box at signup.
• The network address your signup came from, kept briefly so we can tell a genuine rush of orders from an automated flood.

We do not ask for your address, your date of birth, your identification or your bank details, because we do not need them.

What we do with it

We use it to set up your service, send you your login, remind you before your month ends, and answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole list.

We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

Your mailbox

Every account comes with an @netivi.bz email address. It exists so that MaxPlayer can reach you — when a new device signs in, for example, or if you need to reset a password. Mail for that address is held on our mail server, separate from this website.

What we watch, and what we don't

Our system records technical things it needs to run: when a line connects, how many streams are open at once, whether a device was refused. We use these to keep the service working and to know when we need more capacity.

This website carries no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no third-party cookies. The only cookie it sets is the one that makes the signup form's verification image work, and it lasts as long as your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards so that renewing later is simple. Ask us to delete your details and we will — that ends your service, because the two are the same record.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Your login is sent to you on WhatsApp and we keep no copy of it anywhere a visitor to this website can reach.
